The concept of the Community of Practice and Research on WASH, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and International Secretariat on Water (ISW) in Tajikistan, was also presented at the NAS meeting by Dr. Maryna Peter. Joining the Community will open up opportunities for Central Asian Universities to conduct joint applied research in WASH domain. The Community will potentially serve as a "bridge" between science, education and industry.
