From Glaciers to the Aral Sea – a film about youth scientific expedition
On August 1-21, the expedition "From Glaciers to the Aral Sea" was held. More than 20 participants from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Germany, Poland, Japan visited 4 countries - Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
The expedition was attended by scientists who work on water issues in various fields, engineers, economists, lawyers, environmentalists and historians. Along the way, participants stopped at certain points and conducted blitz lectures. Besides, young scientists together with curators conducted research.
